At Qonto, our Risk & Compliance Department is divided into four teams:

• The Internal Control team is in charge of ensuring that the Internal Control System is well deployed, in particular performing recurring permanent controls and supervising the first line of control

• The Financial Security team is in charge of the definition and supervision of the AML/CFT system and, performs enhanced investigations in case of suspicion (level 2)

• The Regulatory team is in charge of remaining compliant with any applicable law and regulation at any time

• The Risk team is in charge of monitoring and managing Qonto's risk at any level

As a Senior IT Auditor, you are a key member of our Internal Control system and accompany the development and execution of the Internal Control Plan on the Tech operations (including Data, and Security).

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior Internal Controller at Qonto, you will

• Design and perform controls on various activities

• Build from A to Z the control framework over the operations performed by the Tech teams, including Data and IT security processes

• Work in close collaboration with all Qonto's teams to challenge them and help improve their processes

• Deep dive into Qonto processes to ensure that risks are properly managed

• Join a growing and vital team for Qonto that helps to secure its activities

Upon joining Qonto, Julia set up a consistently positive perspective on Internal Control, combining continuous improvement with pragmatic management of Qonto's risks. 🏅About You

• Experience: You already have from 3 to 5 years of experience in audit/control. A previous experience in a Tech or Fintech company would be a definite plus

• Communication: You can synthesize information from a variety of sources and communicate the key points to other teams with detail and simplicity

• Analytical mind & rigorous: You are a fast learner with strong attention to detail. You have good analytical and quantitative skills to quickly elaborate on key findings and propose processes improvements

• Languages: You are fluent in English and another European language (French, Spanish, Italian, German) is a definite plus

• Academic Background: You have a Master’s degree from a Business school, Engineering school or equivalent
