As a Junior Sales Development representative, your role is to generate as many relevant opportunities as possible for the Sales team. Become the driving force behind our expansion in Italy, as an SDR.

You will join a team composed of Account Executives, Business Developers, SDRs, and Key Account Managers skyrocketing the Italian Market 🚀

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Junior SDR at Qonto, you will

Generate new leads through cold calling and strategic prospecting.

Prospect companies by scrapping the correct decision-makers to help Qonto expand its portfolio of clients.

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and research to evaluate their relevancy for Qonto.

Work closely with our Account Executive to book demos and drive sales processes.

🤝 About your future Manager

Your manager will be Lorenzo, who is a Lead Business Development and in charge of the Sales team in Milan.

His path? Lorenzo gained international experience as a Business Developer before joining Qonto.

What he can bring to the team? Lorenzo is a good communicator, he is collaborative and continuously works to help team members to improve their skills.

🏅About You

Experience: You graduated from a business school or university or have up to 1 year experience in a related sales position.

You demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges, you can listen actively and understand prospects' needs.

Mastery: You have already used a CRM (Salesforce would be a plus) and you already know how to work with data enrichment tools: Sales Navigator, SalesQL, etc; it is necessary to know how and to be comfortable to do the cold calls);

Communication skills: You can listen and communicate with external and internal partners; you are also able to write email sequences to find your prospects;

Curious mindset: You are curious, open-minded, adaptable, a fast learner, and excited by a dynamic scale-up environment;

Languages: You speak both Italian and English.

• Based in Milan, you're ready to join our team on-site three times a week.
