👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As Strategic Planning and Projects Principal at Qonto, you will:

• Analyze the market and competitive landscape, employing your findings to make informed strategic decisions and adjustments

• Strategize and refine Qonto's approach to the market, balancing innovative top-down strategies with established bottom-up initiatives

• Manage and mentor Fanny’s team (during her maternity leave) in charge of Strategy Planning & Execution (market watch, customer insights analyses, company priorities definition Performance Management System), Strategic Initiatives (including M&A opportunities assessments, product strategy, new offers launch) and Product Partnerships (assessment, RFP, and implementation)

• Drive key strategic projects as part of the scope

Your future manager will be Albertine, our VP of Strategy

Her background? Before joining Qonto, Albertine spent her career in Financial Services working in a Fintech in London, and as Strategy Consulting at Exton where she mostly worked on financial services and payment projects

What does she bring to the team? Albertine joined Qonto 6.5 years ago and has been one of the cornerstones of Qonto's success, including getting our Payment Institution license and rolling out our international expansion (Italy, Spain, and Germany). She is the first employee of the strategy team and has built her fantastic team, which is now composed of 15 great talents!

• Fintech expertise: you have 8+ years of experience in the Fintech/Payment ecosystem and a proven ability to navigate its complexities.

• A strategic mind with a knack for crafting and executing plans that drive business success.

• Leadership skills to inspire and manage a team, driving accountability and performance.

• Business acumen that translates into cross-departmental synergies and actionable strategies.

• Analytical thinking in synthesizing market data to shape innovative strategic moves.

• Team player: able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

• Languages: You are fluent in English. French, Italian, Spanish, or German is a plus.
