At Qonto, our Operations department is composed of four main teams:
Operations teams are mainly working with three tools today: Intercom, Diabolocom and Forest Admin (referred to as Operations’ tools).
• Perform daily tasks required on Operations’ tools (e.g., licenses management, right management, automations adjustments) and ensure collaboration on tools
• Gather, prioritize and implement evolution needs from key users (CS, OPS, Marketing)
• Manage interaction with solution providers (roadmap input, bug resolution)
• Help manage incidents linked to these tools
• Manage, maintain and implement the authorization matrix for the Back-Office tool (e.g. who can move money, suspend an account)
• Conduct or support some transversal projects on Operations’ teams
• Perform level 1 audit to make sure rights are well set Improve processes in a context of hyper-growth, which may involve other departments (e.g., Product team)
• Experience: You already have 3 years of experience in operations preferably in a role where you managed cross-team tools with high number of users (>100).
• Mastery: You have knowledge on at least one of the mentioned tool (Intercom, Forest Admin or DIabolocom) and a good understanding of partnership relationships .
• Integrity & efficiency: You define yourself as upright, reliable, autonomous and efficientYou are pragmatic: this job is about making the right compromise between efficiency and operations control.
• Team player: You able to work in a multicultural team and collaborate with other departments
• Language: you are fluent in English. French is a plus.
• Education: You have a French Master’s degree or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
