Join us as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand Qomon’s reach worldwide, working with our International Sales Team at Qomon.
You are proactive, driven, and passionate about making a difference. As a BDR focused on outbound outreach, you’ll connect with nonprofits, political candidates, parties, elected officials, and community organizers to present Qomon’s tools and vision. You’ll play a crucial role in generating leads and driving revenue, acting as a bridge between Qomon’s mission and the organizations that need it most.
Generate leads through strategic research, identifying new opportunities to engage with our target personas and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across nonprofits, political organizations, and advocacy groups.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation goals to support the Account Executives team.
Drive demand by creating and executing targeted outbound campaigns, including cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and innovative strategies that you will design and implement.
Record and track all prospecting activities in our CRM and associated tools, ensuring relevant insights are documented for effective follow-up and future reference.
Build and nurture authentic relationships with prospects, providing high-level guidance on Qomon’s capabilities and tailoring benefits to their specific needs.
Leverage Qomon’s database, collaborating with marketing tools to identify and reactivate potential opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to the Sales team.
Work closely with the Account Executive Team across multiple regions
Engage with our communities, actively participating in sector-specific conversations on relevant channels and attending both virtual and in-person events.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, enabling the efficient management of multiple outreach activities.
Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced settings.
Experience or interest in the political, nonprofit, or advocacy sectors is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and other prospecting tools for managing and documenting outreach effectively.
An international profile (or native english speaker), adaptable and successful in diverse, global environments.
