    Job description

    As a UX Designer, you will be a creative designer able to grasp the needs of users and solve their problems. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

    Being UX Designer at QIMA is:

    • Collaborate with product managers to understand product specifications
    • Conduct concept/usability user testing and collect feedback and key insights,
    • Being familiar with Design Thinking methodologies and user reasearch,
    • Create personas through Qualitative and Quantitave research methods,
    • Define appropriate interaction models and assess their success,
    • Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs,
    • Work with UI Designers to implement designs,
    • Collaborate with developers to achieve design consistency,
    • Find creative ways to solve UX issues,
    • Keep abreast of the latest UX and UI trends.

    Preferred experience

    It could be you if you have:

    • Solid experience as a UX/UI Designer,
    • A first experience in Saas platform design,
    • A portfolio of Design projects and design process
    • Experience in an Agile environment (we use Scrum),
    • Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture,
    • Mastery of design softwares (Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, etc.),
    • Good problem solving skills, analytical and business acumen,
    • A great team player,
    • A degree in interaction design, Experience Design, or similar field,
    • Excellent communication skills,
    • Basic knowledge in HTML/ CSS and JavaScript would be a plus,
    • A good level in English: we speak French on a daily basis, we code and write in English, we exchange in English with our colleagues in China (Shenzhen), in Hong Kong, in the Philippines (Cebu).
