THE ROLE
As a Senior FullStack Engineer with a focus on Frontend, you'll join the Digital Experience (DX) team in Prague to build the future of self-service storage management. You'll play a key role in designing and implementing the user-facing systems that empower our customers to manage their own storage system upgrades. By collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams, you will directly impact the simplicity, reliability, and security of our cloud-native platform, making complex tasks feel effortless.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect and build robust, scalable, and reusable frontend systems that power complex web applications and improve the user experience of our Self-Service Upgrades (SSU) platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UX Designers, and other Engineers, to translate designs and product requirements into elegant and functional code.
- Optimize our applications for maximum performance and responsiveness, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for customers across various devices and browsers.
- Lead the development and implementation of key features, from initial concept to deployment, ensuring technical feasibility and a high standard of code quality.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript, including a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and module packaging.
- Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks and HTML templating engines (e.g., Angular, React). You'll be using Angular, but the ability to learn new frameworks is most important.
- Expertise in HTML and CSS/Sass, with a strong grasp of layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices.
- A track record of building responsive web applications that function flawlessly across a range of devices and screen sizes.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czechia office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
