At Pubstack, we collect, process, and visualize billions of events per day. To deliver a product that customers love, we tackle and solve complex technical problems at scale, using the cloud and today’s best open technologies.

AdTech environment is chaos, our mission is to bring transparency to all actors with a primary focus on publisher needs. Pubstack is a SaaS platform with modern analytics and automation capabilities made to help publishers get all the value they deserve for their content and build better products for our users.

Over the last year, Pubstack has developed a product to help our customers. We are now entering the next phase: scaling. At this stage of our development, your role is decisive as it’s critical for us to bring top-of-class service to our clients.

The Opportunity

As our VP of Sales, your role will be to drive the growth of our recurring revenue, with a strong focus on both new opportunities and upsells. You’ll build, coach, and lead a team of top international talents for executing our ambitious commercial goals.

Pubstack is facing tremendous growth in the upcoming months/years and as a member of the company's top management, you'll have the opportunity to have a huge impact. You'll accompany the company's scalability by successfully driving sales while growing your team.

As the VP of Sales, you'll report directly to the co-founders Loïc and Guillaume.

What will you do?

  • Drive Sales, Grow a Global team and Set up processes :
  • Set up ambitious targets, a commission plan and performance management plan.
  • Lead a team of top sales talents. Hire, train and manage international team members matching our competitive landscape and the urgency of Pubstack's commercial goals.
  • Become a Pubstack's platform expert. Help customers and your team make full use of the functionalities.
  • Build a best-class sales systems. Set up processes for effective collaboration with other internal teams, including support, product, sales and marketing. Curate customer insights for improving our product as well as our customer cases.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • You are fluent in English. French is plus.
  • You are based in Europe.
  • You have exceptional leadership and your current team can acknowledge it. You have at least 5 years of experience hiring, managing, and coaching sales talents within an operational team. You've already built a multilingual sales team for global expansion.
  • Significant experience in the Adtech industry.
  • Solid track record in driving and achieving ambitious sales in a high-growth environment. Experience with tech products or complex solutions is required.
  • You can quickly implement processes and systems you've learned in your past experience. Experience with a scale up is a plus.
  • You can contribute to the company's board and your work ethic can match the urgency of our co-founders under any circumstances.
  • Proficient in public speaking at industry and company events.
  • You're on top of KPI's such as MRR, Net Retention Score, Net Promoter Score, Upsell, Churn.
  • You have outstanding analytical skills and you value listening more than talking. Understanding customers’ pain points drives you and you always find a way to provide solutions.
  • Your team and yourself are always up to date with industry trends. Upcoming events are for you a potential source of new business opportunities.
