Job description

The Opportunity

Joining Pubstack is the opportunity to join a fast growing tech startup and improve its business operations. You will report directly to our VP Sales and will be entrusted with missions having a direct impact.

You will join our Business team and have a central place in the organization to accelerate our growth. You will be involved in various operational & strategic projects to improve 1) Sales efficiency (KPIs, customer segmentation, data curation ...), 2) Company knowledge (training & sales enablement initiatives) and our 3) Organization overall (wider company’s strategic projects).

What you will learn from this Apprenticeship

You will learn about the SaaS business and will grow your analytical / technical skills (Data Analysis, CRM). You'll get an advanced understanding of business development and build strong startup team spirit collaborating across all business teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer, Finance …). You'll carry responsibilities as this role comes with a high-impact scope. You will have great exposure to leadership and direct results on our revenue generation, strategic decisions, team structure, as well as our sales operational efficiency.

What will you do?

  • 1 - Sales Ops :
  • Continuously optimize Hubspot Sales processes and reporting
  • Clean up the company's database, through the management of its CRM. Align Cross team needs and constraints
  • Set up and monitor sales tools, analyses, and processes for the Sales team, in coordination with the Sales, Marketing and Customer team.
  • Analyze team performance and identify the most relevant KPIs to monitor the activities of the sales team
  • Identify growth levers through advanced analysis and establish strategic recommendations for top management
  • 2 - Sales Enablement :
  • Optimize the onboarding journey for new customer facing team members
  • Contribute to the sales playbooks creation and knowledge base optimization by partnering with the multiple subject matter experts (content marketing, product, sales & customer teams…)
  • Develop appropriate training content & initiatives: video, transcription, assessment etc ... when needed
  • Identify and propose tools to optimize sales training experience and results
  • 3 - Strategic initiatives :
  • Be involved in special projects bringing high impact to the company organization, culture and growth
  • Launch of the Pubstack Knowledge Academy : creation of an internal “live” training program involving all Business Units at Pubstack
  • Constantly challenge and improve sales processes, org & tools. Examples: support communication between teams, provide data reporting insight & decision support to the different teams, propose Notion related specific initiatives, etc
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent English (especially writing). You'd like to work an international and fast paced environment
  • You are enrolled in an engineering, business, digital marketing school and looking for an apprenticeship
  • You are curious, proactive, entrepreneurial, team player, analytical, detail oriented and sensitive to business issues
  • You love understanding how an organization works and how it can be improved
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail and ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • You master the Pack Office, especially Excel & Powerpoint and are familiar with the following tools (or eager to learn how to use them): Notion, Hubspot
  • You are autonomous and want to gain responsibility. You make proposals and can come up with solutions
