We are a fast-growing startup based in Paris and founded in July 2018. Backed by prestigious investors, we raised $2.3 million in a Seed round (and more to come very soon!).
Pubstack is a SaaS platform with modern analytics and automation capabilities made to help publishers get all the value they deserve from their content. The AdTech environment is complex and our mission is to bring transparency to all actors, with a primary focus on publishers’ needs.
While most of us work remotely, we remain a close-knit team of 27 people and there is always someone to lend a hand.
Within the next 18 months, we aim at tripling our Monthly Recurring Revenue and that's where you come into play.
The Opportunity
Pubstack is seeking its first Head of People to build a Talent acquisition & retention team. As the business grows, you are excited at the prospect of joining a rapidly scaling company with the ability to truly make an impact.
In close collaboration with our hiring managers, your main mission will be to hire new talents and build programs to retain them. Acting as a thought partner, you will translate global recruiting strategies into actionable plans.
What will you do?
Lead our talent acquisition efforts :You will translate global recruiting strategies into actionable talent acquisition plansBuild a strategy to maximize outreach to the most appropriate talents on the marketDevelop our Employer Brand to ensure Pubstack is known and attracts talentsManage our recruiting headcount and work with our leadership team to both structure our organization as well as prioritize our needs to maintain a high efficiency & flexibilityCulture / People development / Training :Create the scalable People Development strategy and KPIs for all relevant job families in line with the overall People PlanCreate effective training materialsEnsure continuity between the hiring process and employee experienceMake sure our team members are growing along Pubstack and its culture: career tracks, training programs ...Identify needs for training and coordinate the training programsBridge employee relations by addressing feedbackStructure People Operations / Payroll related : Deliver a high level of compliance for all administrative topics: Payroll, contracts, health & safety, legalLeverage the Finance team & external talents to provide expertise on those topics to PubstackersContinuously optimize compensation plans and benefits to stay competitive in the marketCoordinate compensation plans and benefitsWho are we looking for?
You speak both French and EnglishMinimum 4 years of successful professional experience as an HR manager in a tech and fast-growth companyStrong generalist HR background, meaning you can support people, legal, organizational, cultural, and strategic issues. You have experience in a fast-growing international environmentYou have experience recruiting with tech companiesSupport our leadership team at all levels of responsibility to create strong relationships with them: you are the main contact for HR challengesYou are entrepreneurial and have strong organizational as well as leadership abilitiesYou are able to create strong relationships and inspire confidenceProven ability to leverage data to track our talent acquisition performancesWhy should you apply?
