As a Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible to develop & execute Pubstack's local marketing programs and yearly events strategy, in partnership with different teams ( Marketing, Sales and Business Advisors), to achieve the company’s lead generation goals and create brand awareness.
What will you do?
Own & manage the content strategy for a specific region, on different channels, to position Pubstack as a thought leader :Partner with our Content Manager to create market-specific content or adapt existing content to local market needsResponsible for country-specific website & social media managementResponsible for getting & valorizing customer testimonials in a specific regionOwn the lead generation strategy for your region in collaboration with the regional sales team (BA, AE) : Lead our marketing programs promotion and follow-up activities in coordination with the Growth Manager, Business Development, and Sales Teams.Own the ABM strategy for a specific region and master its Target Accounts.Manage the CRM for a specific region.Partnership Management: Identifying the right opportunities in your region and maximizing their ROI :Make the most out of our local marketing programs and partnerships (ad tech orgs, specialized media, etc). Identify partnership opportunities within other ad techs to build co-branded activities (webinars, content, events, etc).Event Management: Own and manage the end-to-end Pubstack’s event strategy for in-person and virtual events in your region :Identify and recommend participation in key industry events to meet company targetsBuild and run in-person and virtual events powered by Pubstack throughout the year in collaboration with different stakeholdersBuild the event plan and align the whole Revenue Team on the actions that will lead to achieving your event target Liaise with industry partners/vendors and all the internal and external parties involved in the events.Manage event logistics: booth organization, software/tooling, communication packages/material, selection and ordering of goodies, etc.Attend the events when needed and support all the activities.Performance & Budget: Effectively track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs & budget for your region : Own the local marketing performance & budget managementReport on influenced Target AccountsReport and analyze Lead Generation KPIs for a specific region, in collaboration with Business Developers and the Sales teamMonitor the ROI of all local marketing activities throughout the yearWho are we looking for?
2/3 + years of experience in Field & Event Marketing rolesNative English mandatory, Italian or German will be a plusExperience in organizing virtual and in-person events, like trade shows, meet-ups, etcPrevious SaaS experience. AdTech experience is a plusTrack record of exceeding event participation and subscription targetsMastery of a virtual event's platform (like Livestorm or Zoom)Mastery of a marketing automation tool (like Hubspot)Strong project management, organization, negotiation, and communication skills: you prioritize between initiatives, clearly report on performance, and share learningsYou are a go-getter, with a lot of grit and you love to go the extra mileExperience with Account-Based Marketing is a huge plusAvailability to travelWhy should you apply?
