Over the last year, Pubstack has developed a product to help our customers. We are now entering the next phase: scaling. At this stage of our development, your role is decisive as it’s critical for us to bring top-of-class service to our clients.

The Opportunity

The Data Analyst, Customer Success main mission will be to build data-based recommendations for all our customers and to answer Customer Success team data-related needs.

You will be the owner of a customer recommendations/sanity checks playbook that you will use to provide customer team insights to boost our clients’ ad revenue.

The second key mission in this role will be to track our Customers’ KPIs through our products and troubleshoot any suspicious evolution. This includes making sure our product releases don’t impact our customers’ main KPIs, monitoring daily the performance of our optimisation products and the revenue tracked by our monitoring product.

As part of the Data team you will interact with the following teams : Customer, Product, Marketing and Tech.

What will you do?

  • Build sanity check/recommendation playbook :
  • Become the owner of the current recommendations playbook
  • Investigate new recommendations thanks to the data, scale them and automate them
  • Pitch recommendations to Customer Success team and clients
  • Customer Success team data-related needs :
  • Provide data points to the Customer Success team or end client
  • Take over questions from end clients when data analysis is needed
  • Help the Customer Success team preparing their meetings by running exploratory analysis on clients metrics
  • Monitor Pubstack products performances :
  • QA : monitor key accounts to make sure our product releases don’t impact our customers KPIs
  • Monitor Pubstack refresh KPIs daily and troubleshoot any related issue
  • Monitor the accuracy of Pubstack reporting compared to other reporting sources
  • Monitor clients’ main KPIs through our monitoring product, troubleshoot any suspicious evolution and escalate issue to Customer Success team
  • Who are we looking for?

  • You speak English and French
  • You have a business and / or an analytics background, bac + 5 or equivalent
  • You have +2y experience in data analysis
  • You are analytical and detail-oriented
  • Proven ability to leverage data to deliver actionable insights
  • You can present and explain your analysis to clients
  • You are proficient in SQL
  • Knowledge of a Dataviz tool is a plus
  • Basic Python knowledge is a plus
  • Adtech experience is a plus
