What will you do?
Handle product and technical requests via our support channelsEffectively troubleshoot and properly document customer’s support issuesProvide customers with regular updates regarding their support ticketsManage and keep our online documentation up to dateWho are we looking for?
Fluency in both English and French mandatory2+ years working in a SaaS Customer Support environmentStrong desire to help people solve problems with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audienceExperience with Web development and SQLDemonstrated experience using product documentation and knowledge bases to provide product supportAbility to handle and prioritize a portfolio of tickets at various stages of resolutionEffective verbal and written communication skills demonstrating compassion and empathy towards customersExperience escalating effectively complex technical issues to a backline Level 2 Support teamWhy should you apply?
