Founded in Paris, with customers and team members everywhere!

We are a fast-growing startup based in Paris and founded in July 2018. Backed by prestigious investors, we raised $2.3 million in a Seed round (and more to come very soon!).

Pubstack is a SaaS platform with modern analytics and automation capabilities made to help publishers get all the value they deserve from their content. The AdTech environment is complex and our mission is to bring transparency to all actors, with a primary focus on publishers’ needs.

While most of us work remotely, we remain a close-knit team of 27 people and there is always someone to lend a hand.

Within the next 18 months, we aim at tripling our Monthly Recurring Revenue and that's where you come into play.

The Opportunity

As we rapidly expand our teams across the company, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced in technical recruiting, who can help us attract and hire talents for all our teams. Pubstack is operating in the ad tech industry and we’re looking for a talent acquisition manager who will understand it and attract the right people.

In this role you will be recruiting all positions including Software Engineers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Technicals Account Managers, Data and Product.

What will you do?

  • Source talents for a variety of open positions across all business units
  • Schedule phone and onsite interviews
  • Collaborate with our Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Management of our ATS (Lever) and ensuring regular reporting on the pipeline
  • Post positions to ATS and job boards as necessary
  • Develop diverse pipeline candidate pools to fill current and potential needs
  • Communicate with candidates/new hires (phone and email) throughout entire hiring and orientation process
  • Manage tools and platforms including Linkedin Recruiter, Talent.io
  • You may be expected to hire in various geographies across Europe
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Prior AdTech / programmatic recruitment experience is a must
  • At least 3 years experience of tech recruiting in a high performance / high velocity environment
  • Extensive experience recruiting for Saas companies across Software Engineers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Technical Account Managers, Data and Product from entry to senior level roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly
  • You’re expert with tools like Linkedin Recruiter
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)
