With a team of 45 and backed by international VCs, we're very well positioned in the pricing software market and maintain huge growth ambition!  We opened our office in New York City in November 2021. About the Role: 

We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven Event Marketing Manager to develop the event/webinar strategy and manage and execute all events and webinars at Pricemoov. Events and webinars play a big part of Pricemoov’s demand generation initiatives. In this role, you will plan and execute virtual and in-person events in close partnership with the rest of the marketing team as well as the wider sales, alliances, customer success and product teams. 

 

Who You Are:

- Experience in B2B SaaS events and webinars

- Extremely strong organizational skills

- Great attention to detail, high quality execution

- Ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple competing priorities to deadlines

- Proactive mindset to iterate on current processes and build efficient workflows

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Results oriented 

- Solid understanding and experience using CRM (Hubspot) and webinar technology ( Zoom Webinars) 

What You’ll Do:

- Keep abreast of event and webinar trends and identify new event and webinar opportunities

- Create, maintain and execute an events and webinars calendar

- Develop and implement strategy and protocols for events and webinars

- Plan, manage and execute all events and webinars, including trade shows, conferences, sponsored webinars and hosted events and webinars

- Collaborate closely with other functions for the creation and execution of integrated events and webinars, including marketing, sales, customer success, alliances and product management

- Manage the end-to-end execution of events and webinars including conception, audience segmentation, promotions (email, social media, banner ads, etc.) and follow up

- Manage logistics for events including shipping, booth build, graphics, equipment, collateral, transportation, staff briefing, booth duty, etc.

- Manage logistics for webinars including registration, speakers, presentations, reminders, polls, surveys, follow up, on-demand video, etc.

- Ensure that all event lead metrics are recorded, measure success and report on results

Travel required (Covid-permitting)
