We are seeking a proactive and passionate Customer Success Manager Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey, from onboarding to retention. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the customer experience, gain valuable insight into customer needs and preferences, and develop strategies to ensure their success.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the creation of customer success documentation and training materials to effectively communicate our product's features and benefits.

- Shadow our experienced Customer Success Managers to learn the ropes of managing customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving customer satisfaction.

- Participate in customer meetings and calls, gaining first-hand experience in customer interaction and relationship management.

- Support our team in day-to-day tasks, including answering customer queries, troubleshooting, and escalating issues when necessary.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and work towards improving the overall customer experience.

- Contribute to customer success initiatives and projects, demonstrating creativity, critical thinking, and a results-driven approach.

What will you bring to our team ?

  • You have an engineering or business background and you are looking for an 3 to 6 months internship or an end-of-studies internship or gap year.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • An eager learner, ready to dive into new subjects and quickly grasp them.
  • You have excellent listening skills and communicate with impact (written and verbal) both in French and English.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Power Point, Excel) is key. Experience with Zendesk, Hubspot and Notion is a plus.
