Pricemoov is a pricing solution whose mission is to empower revenue managers in the optimization of their margin and income through a better management of their prices, 

We've combined our unique pricing expertise and advanced data analytics processes into the simple - yet powerful - Pricemoov Platform which assist our customers in their day-to-day lives and help them capture revenue gains through enhanced pricing strategies.

With a team of 45 and backed by international VCs, we're very well positioned in the pricing software market and maintain huge growth ambition!  We opened our office in New York City in November 2021. At the end of 2022, meet with the opening of Singapore and we will exceed 100 employees! Join our team we are hiring!

As a Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will work directly with Pierre Hebrard, CEO of Pricemoov.

Our CEO’s thinking drives Pricemoov’s vision and mission. It needs to be extremely clear and sharply communicated internally and externally. Following up on some transversal projects deriving from that vision is also critical for the company's success.

 

As our CEO’s right hand man, you will be acting as strategic advisor and counsel for the day-to-day administration.

 

Our CEO’s thinking is the essence of Pricemoov’s vision mission. Therefore, both internal & external communication need to be clear and sharply. Transversal work is pivotal within Pricemoov

What You’ll Do

Communication :

-        Organize internal communication on the company mission and its illustration as a product and marketing vision

-        Understand the needs of Pricemoovers regarding CEO all-hands communication

-        Organize team events and workshops for the C-level executives to brainstorm together

Structure & Organisation :

-        Create an alignment with board members and C-level (US & FR) on the advisory boards so as to be in line with our structure, organization and governance

-        Run weekly executive meetings to assess the ongoing important matters

-        Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success

 

Operations :

·        Plan and manage strategic long term initiatives (12 months and more) for operational improvements:

·        Run board meetings with the CEO and get feedback from the board members and directions for the CEO

·        Lead initiatives to make our workflow more performant and relevant

What will you bring to our team

  • Masters degree in Management
  • 3-7 years of experience
  • Ability to work with various corporate level members
  • Experience international project management.
