You will join the new Content team, within the Design Team.

✅ The Content team will be in charge of:
Creating user-oriented contentCreating, implementing, and educating people to ensure the application of content guidelines and processesConducting content-focused research and testing in collaboration with Product Designers and Product Managers📌 Your missions:
Turn complex concepts into clear, engaging, and optimized (SEO) content . Evaluate and improve current documentation. Work on different tools (GitHub, Zendesk, ...) and be able to have a macro vision of those tools with integrations for internationalization, translation, etc. You will work on optimizing the current workflows with many other teams.Work with Product Managers, the Care team, and developers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including articles for the Help Center, set up guides, etc.As maintaining consistency is essential, you will refer to our Content style guide. You will also contribute to our content guidelines and make sure the team is following them.🤩 About you:
You have a degree in technical writing or another relevant fieldYou have 2-4 years of experience as a technical writerYou are fluent in French and EnglishYou have a keen eye for details and great writing skillsYou master the basics of SEOYou can turn complex concepts into clear and concise messagesYou have the ability to work hands-on with cross-functional teams Working in a tech environment and on development tools doesn’t scare you.
