The position

Job description

  • Design and implement new features with Powder backend team in golang.
  • Ensure performance, failure handling, readability and testability of the various services.
  • Strong collaboration with the product, IA and front teams to define core features.
  • Participate in technical discussions related to team’s product and engineering work.
  • Write tests and documentations about your works.

Preferred experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant industry experience.
  • Coding skills in at least one programming language: Golang, Python, Java, C#, C or C++.
  • Motivated, involved and curious in learning new technologies.
  • Proficient in Golang is a plus.
  • Experience with Event driven architecture, REST/gRPC API is a plus.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or other databases engines is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Docker, kubernetes or Cloud providers like AWS is a plus.
