As Social Media and Campaigns intern, you will be the taking an important role in our marketing team.
Your responsibilities:
Help build our content plan and execute on it, organising the publication of contents via our planning platform
Prepare and manage specific social media campaigns, whether it’s part of a larger Branding effort or stand-alone initiatives to boost engagement on a specific audiences
Animate and engage with our communities on all of our Social Networks, adapting our approach to the specificities of the audiences we talk with on each network, coordinating with the Customer Support team when needed
Manage and run influencers campaigns and cross marketing campaigns
Create in-app content, and notification campaigns
Develop and implement online strategies to increase our following and engagement
Work with our creative team to develop the best creative content for our campaigns
Monitor and analyse our KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
Embody our Brand and its tone of voice : as a Social Media Manager you will be the voice of pony and, as such, you will be in charge of embodying our personality and values
Produce competitive analyses and regularly benchmark our approach vs. our main competitors and the new trends
Attend all company events, including events acros Europe
Creative, but at the same time very rigorous, structured and organized
Entrepreneurial mindset, like challenges, welcomes feedback and willing to get better everyday to reach excellence
A hands-on and problem solving person
Hardworking
Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written)
Fast-learner and a good time manager
Prior experience at a DTC or consumer startup or scale up is a big plus
