We're offering a fantastic opportunity for an HR Strategy & Transformation Manager to join our People team. So, if you're passionate about driving strategic HR projects, optimizing processes, and enabling impactful change across the organization, we’d love to hear from you!

Reporting directly to our Head of People, you'll be at the heart of our team’s transformation efforts—leading cross-functional projects, improving tools and processes, and supporting strategic decision-making at the highest level

  • Structure and coordinate cross-functional projects, secure clarity and alignment of all stakeholders, and coordinate communications
  • Monitor and analyze People KPIs: retention, engagement, time to hire, diversity, etc.
  • Prepare materials and analyses for strategic reviews (Board meetings & newsletters, Leadership Team (LT) meetings, All Hands)
  • Improvement of People Processes and Tools
  • Identify friction points in HR processes (onboarding, performance reviews, payroll, etc.) and lead their improvement
  • Collaborate with Ops, Finance, Legal, and GTM teams on cross-functional HR topics
  • Analyze the efficiency of the People team and suggest improvements in productivity and effectiveness
  • Assess HR tools and apps, their interdependencies, benchmark them against best practices and existing market solutions to propose enhancements (integration, tool changes, new purchases, etc.)
  • Propose and support the deployment of AI use cases to improve the People team’s effectiveness
  • Support to the Head of People
  • Manage the strategic agenda of the Head of People: prioritization, action tracking, decision preparation
  • Act as a facilitator to streamline interactions between the People team and other departments
  • You're in the right place if :

  • 7–8 years of professional experience, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of leading impactful, cross-functional projects
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive alignment, structure, and execution
  • Solid appetite for HR topics and understanding of core People processes (onboarding, performance, payroll, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with data: analyzing People KPIs, generating insights, and reporting to leadership
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration (Ops, Finance, Legal, GTM, etc.)
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Experience providing strategic support to senior leadership (e.g. agenda setting, decision-making prep, communications)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect People initiatives with company goals
  • Previous exposure to HR tools and systems; interest in leveraging tech and AI for process optimization
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in a growing organization
  • What we offer:

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigment's growth
  • Along with one company offsite every year, we have brand new offices at the heart of major cities including New York, Toronto, Paris, and London
  • High-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditions
  • How we work:

  • Thrive Together: We can only win as a team. We are all founders and do the right thing for our peers, Pigment customers, partners, and the planet.
