The position

Job description

As a Marketing & Communications intern you will be playing a vital role in Phenix’s awareness and brand image in Belgium. On and offline, your job is to make us known and to attract new users for our app. During your internship, you will be assisting the Marketing & Communications team in some of their main responsibilities:

Community management

  • Assist team on Phenix’s social network strategy (editorial planning, language elements, etc.)
  • Create daily communications on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, newsletter and our blog (articles, videos, infographics etc.)
  • Propose and set-up partnerships with attractive brands who share our values (mailing, contests with gifts…)

Marketing

  • Influencer Marketing
  • Adapt sales materials (flyers, brochures, posters, business cards) to your country’s needs
  • Manage local and event-related notifications to our users
  • Help the marketing team to adapt their ads and campaigns to your local specificities and support in the creation of local ads
  • Be a source of feedback and proposals to help marketing’s team being efficient in your country

Preferred experience

  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch, a strong knowledge of the other language is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills - you will need to work with different departments simultaneously, so you must accurately convey ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done

  • Zero-Waste and circular economy enthousiast
  • Experience in content creation, preferably in B2C environment is considered a plus as is experience with tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro
