Job description

Do you want to join an ambitious entrepreneurial project that has a solid structure of social entrepreneurship? Join Phenix to develop our solutions and especially our mobile anti-waste application in Portugal. The App Phenix allows local businesses to put surplus up for sale at a reduced price instead of generating more waste.

At Phenix, your goal will be to guarantee the success and durability of the expansion all over Portugal by onboarding new shops on the application.

Your missions

Within the sales team of Phenix, you are responsible to source and onboard new partners (shops, restaurants, … ) to join the app in your geographical area.
With the support of your manager, and your peers, your key missions will be to:

  • Identify and build a portfolio of prospects
  • Conduct on-going phone prospection to convince local shops to join the movement, and publish their unsold food on the Phenix app
  • Onboard shops on the app and train them on our back-office tools
  • Manage incoming calls in your region
  • Be able to track and report information collected on the field, during your discussions with potential partners
  • Monitor your daily activity in Salesforce, to attain your monthly objectives
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sales techniques and strategy by providing ongoing feedback

Preferred experience

Needed

  • Fluent in Portuguese, proficiency in english. French is a plus but not required
  • Previous experience in sales, field prospection or phone prospection
  • You like sales tasks and you have an excellent relationship with clients.
  • Great persuasive force along with good listening
  • You are hunter, who is energized by a “no” and prospection does not scare you
  • At ease with digital tools
  • Ambitious and very dynamic

Desired

  • You already have B2B2C / Mobile App experience.
  • You are a Zero-Waste enthousiast !
