Want to join an industry-leading company, fostering the use of innovative technologies to contribute to its success? Pernod Ricard is looking for its next UX Research intern starting January 2024. As a user research intern, you will work in an international environment with many stakeholders, including product, design, and strategy teams, committed to creating an impact through digital transformation. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions

  • You will conduct user research on a variety of digital projects (B2E, B2B, B2C)

  • You will collect and analyze user data through a wide variety of mixed methods, such as user testing, semi-directed interviews, observation, or surveys

  • You will work with cross-functional teams to incorporate user-centered research within Pernod Ricard’s culture

  • You will design study protocols to explore user needs and behaviors in pursuit of a positive business impact

  • You will communicate results and provide recommendations to international project teams

Preferred experience

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply! 

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, Marketing, Communication, or a similar discipline

  • You are interested in user research and user-centered design, with knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

  • You pay attention to detail and can work independently

  • Knowledge of user research tools such as usability testing software, survey tools, and data analysis software is a plus

  • Fluency in English is a must as you will be working in an international environment

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
