US/Africa are a strategic focus for the brand, as Martell needs to diversify&expand its geographicalfootprint.
The Marketing Manager Brand Architecture & Activation Growth Relays defines the brand portfolio strategy with focus on Premium & Ultra Premium (Martell VS & Blue Swift): articulate and bring to life core products positioning (RTBs, Pack & design language), deliver innovation when proven strategic, design consumer experience platform to fit key Moments of Consumption and accelerate recruitment.
The marketing manager must have both a strong commercial and marketing background, and capacity to work in close collaboration with very diverse teams: Studio, Cognac, Drive markets, Insights, Central innovation and Business acceleration teams
Your key missions
DESIGN PORTFOLIO STRATEGY & BRAND ARCHITECTURE
Lead Portfolio architecture Growth Relays (Martell VS/Blue Swift), and what our products stand for
Co-lead the Gifting Portfolio strategy with Culture team, C&C and Drive markets
Work closely with Content team to ensure consistency from ATL to BTL and drive maximum impact
Coordinate competitive analysis, occasions, consumers
Support Head of portfolio in 3 years planning & IBP process
LEAD THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCT MIX & STRATEGIC ASSETS
Lead product Mix development: Packaging restages, Gifting Limited Editions, brand assets in collaboration with C&C, Insights & Cognac teams
Design cutting edge L3F tools & activations to fit our specific Moments of consumption (Night / Cocktail), in tight collaboration with C&C and our Drive markets
Lead projects and work closely with extended teams to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget
DESIGN EXPERIENCE PLATFORMS TO BOOST RECRUITMENT & FOSTER ADVOCACY
Maximize impact and immersion into our products & experiences through immersive pop-up experiences, working hand in hand with markets, Digital and PR teams (ex: Martell Tower Nigeria..)
Work closely with Martell Education & Advocacy manager to train our global Brand Ambassadors and Brand ambassadors network in markets
Build global Trade advocacy program that engages a community of credible bartenders around the world, to accelerate in On-Trade and encourage word-of-mouth
MANAGE CLOSE RELATIONSHIP WITH KEY MARKETS, ESPECIALLY PRUSA
Be the key contact for PRUSA marketing team and align global team resources to support at best
Stay close to all Growth relays markets to deploy brand assets with consistency, while adapting to specific requirements

8/10 years of marketing experience in FMCG/Luxury, with strong interest in Spirits industry.
Fluent in English, French is a plus
Strong Leadership skills and growth mindset, with capacity to drive and engage multicultural teams
Business & consumer acumen on US & African markets is a plus
Proven experience in Activation (On & Off-Trade), Product development and/or Bartender Advocacy
