Pennylane is the all-in-one financial and accounting platform for business owners and their accountants.

A single source of truth for financial data, used on one side by entrepreneurs to run their business (invoicing and getting paid, paying suppliers and expense management, piloting cash and profitability) and on the other side by their accountant for bookkeeping and tax declarations.

Saving time to all entrepreneurs and accountants, helping them to make the right decisions and enabling 3rd parties to offer added-value personalized financial services.

Founded in 2020, we already work for over 1,900 French companies and 130 accounting firms. 🚀💚

Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition you will join a team of 5. You will have the opportunity to coach and lead Tech Recruiters !

📝 The challenge
Management
Coach and lead your team of tech recruiters (3 for now but more soon)
Recruit best fintech in Europe : Actively source the best profiles on dedicated platforms and networks by implementing innovative strategies to attract candidates.
Contribute to build an outbound machine and set up sourcing materials that empowers the company in sourcingImprove our Talent Pooling Management
Accompany and advise hiring managers all along the the recruitment process
Ensure an amazing candidate experience
Communicate through reports (data…) in order to improve our recruitment process & performance
Challenge our existing recruitment process in a way of continuous improvement
Participate in the development of our employer brand from a Tech perspective
Contribute to high-level strategies and decisions on Talent

Drive with data
Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points. Push corrective actions to optimize our funnell and our conversion rate.


Preferred experience

🥇You’re the right candidate if…

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Recruiter in tech and fast-paced environment (in-house or agency)
  • You have already coached team members, you like mentoring and piloting.
  • You have the desire to build and innovate
  • You are organized, data-driven with an eye for quality
  • You have outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in both French & English
