Your role: work as a business partner with all the teams of the company in France and abroad 💡

Your missions ⭐

• Join the legal task team (5 people)
• Work as a business partner with different teams of the company and especially the Product, Finance and Sales Teams
• Handle Corporate topics (stock options / BSPCE management, general meetings, etc.)
• Be the support of the Sales team to close deals
• Be the intermediary between PayFit and our lawyers
But also :
• Provide legal guidance and solutions to product and engineering teams on issues related to innovative products and features and the client legal journey
• Help the company with GDPR processes and provide strategic support for compliance and internal audits
• Handle with other legal topics of the companies ( leases, insurances, etc.)

This job has been tailored for you if… 🦄

• You have at least 3 years or more experience (not counting internships) as legal counsel in commercial law, corporate law, IT law
• You have great technical knowledges and you are able to use it in a very practical and business approach
• You have a significant sense of autonomy and you are a problem solver
• You are able (and like) to explain clearly legal topics to non-lawyers
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (German and/or Spain is a +)
• Having an experience in B2B SaaS company in a similar position is a big +
