Get onboard the PayFit rocket by joining our Jetlang Platform Payroll team as a Engineering Manager

The squad's mission is to guarantee the impacts on a flexible payroll, scaling with PayFit's growth.

What will be your role

  • Develop engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team of product & design to build the long-term vision & strategy for the team
  • Empower the engineering team to achieve a high level of technical quality & reliability
  • Build and deliver scalable, simple technical solutions
  • Set clear goals and directions, and provide regular feedback to team members
  • Recruit great engineers to build & scale the team

  • At least 2 years of engineering management experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
  • An experience in software development
  • A business touch and like to work closely with sales & marketing teams
  • An excellent communication skills in English
  • An experience building & scaling high-performing teams.
  • An experience collaborating across a cross-functional organization to deliver impactful solutions
  • An ability to thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
