What will be your role?

Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our Business Process Automation Team as a Director of Product Management.

Your missions will be to:

1. Drive scale to the automation of internal business processes and local tech enablements,

2. Drive results to ensure we improve some critical KPIs at the Group Level,

3. Build alignment to ensure cross-functional collaboration in determining current and future processes, and local developments.

You will focus on two critical topics:

Business Process Automation

- You define the metrics by which we can measure the success of the automation effort

- You are capable of nurturing a strong team of doers whose sole goal is to automate business processes in order to improve our internal efficiency

- You lead the collection of all the opportunities to improve internal efficiency on critical workflows

- You lead & collaborate with cross-functional teams to design & implement the appropriate solution for each opportunity identified.

- You lead & collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure current processes are maintained, new processes are documented & implemented

- You monitor the results of improvement projects and ensure efficiencies are achieved

- You engage with the Executive Committee to give visibility upon achievements

Local Technology Enablement

- Your tribe provides the support to develop those tech solutions

- Your tribe follows all PayFit engineering / product / design standards

- Your tribe works with the global engineering team to determine where it makes sense to build or buy new technology (locally or globally)

- Your tribe develops a feedback mechanism to share new technology built with other local teams and global teams

- Your tribe trains the most senior Product Builders who have the desire to become software engineers

This job has been tailored for you if

You have the following qualities:

- You have at least 6 years of experience in various digital Product Management positions, including working for SaaS editors

- You have at least 6 years of Business Process Improvements

- You have a strong experience in the management of cross-functional programs with critical visibility up to the Executive Committee

- You have strong organizational and facilitation skills

- You have a strong experience in working with global teams

- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling communications in simple, everyday language to deliver a memorable story

- You are proactive, organized, focused, and can ruthlessly prioritize with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

- You can articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve it

- You are a creative problem solver and are able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions

- You have strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills,

- You have the ability to build confidence, cohesion, and inspiration across our product, design and engineering organization

- You thrive when developing great people, not just great products

- You are fluent in English and at least German, Spanish or French

3. Interview with the Executive Committee sponsor

4. Interview with our VP Business Operations

5. Interview with our Director of Product Operations and/or RPA Manager

6. (Optional) Meet the team during our famous Barbecue Test (no worries : it is not a test and you don’t have to bring chips)

7. Background check to verify your identity, diploma and past professional experience in the context of your ISO27001 certification
