Job description

Responsibilities :

Your role will be to help Partoo develop its international presence in the Netherlands market from Paris.

Missions :

  • Working from the Paris offices to develop Partoo’s market share in Netherlands.
  • Organize meetings and presentations with first prospects (companies with 20 and 10,000 points of sale)
  • Create opportunities on Salesforce with new leads and leads contacts
  • Manage complex sales (sales cycles lasting several months, multiple contacts, etc.)
  • Build and grow its Pipe and its opportunities to generate more than 250K€ of acquisition/year according to experience.

Your team :

Fernando : He grew up between Brazil and the United States, living in places like Utah and Hawaii. He has been able to explore a multitude of radical sports, but surfing is his favourite. He is in charge of developing the Spanish market and LATAM.

Kenza : A travel enthusiast, she lived in Bali for 2 years and is passionate about yoga, meditation, food photography and hiking, among other things. She is in charge of the expansion of Partoo in the Middle East and South East Asia.

Swam : He has an inexplicably deep bond with France and felt at home when he arrived in the Pyrenees, but that’s a story for another day. At Partoo, he brings his flair and ideas to get meetings with our clients from India, Netherlands and Austria.

Tal : Originally from the UK, he joined Partoo with the mission to convince our customers mainly in the UK, Middle East and Brazil that they need to be seen on the internet !

Rohit : Passionate about sport, and especially skiing, he will invite you to challenge him on a piste! He loves a challenge and brilliantly takes up the challenge of promoting Partoo to our international prospects.

Your Manager :
Vincent : Arrived 2 years after the creation of Partoo, he was the 7th employee and the 2nd Sale. A year later, he took the management of the sales department and started to create his team.
His aim is to make Partoo a reference school for key account sales.
He is friendly towards others and always seeks to promote their good work.

Working conditions :

  • Participation in the creation of innovative products in a fast-growing start-up company
  • Numerous trips abroad to sign high-potential clients
  • Dynamic team located in Paris, Italy, Spain, Brazil and India
  • Various activities (sports, apero time, seminars…)
  • Salary based on years of experience in Key Account Sales and ranging from 40K€ to 75K€ once the objectives have been reached (commissions are then removed).

Preferred experience

  • You speak perfect English and you are familiar with Netherlands culture
  • Analytical, organized and autonomous spirit
  • You are very dynamic, confident, and determined
  • You are ready to do your own prospecting
  • You listen and try to offer the prospect a solution that corresponds their needs
  • You have more than 2 years of experience as a Salesperson in an industry similar to ours (BtoB SaaS) and you know how to lead a sales meeting
  • You have experience in complex sales deals with C level
  • Knowledge of how a Start Up is run and digital appetite and SEO knowledge are a plus
  • You want to be part of an amazing human adventure with a growing team
  • Your mastery of sales methodology such as Meddic is a plus.
