Partoo, who are we ?

Partoo is a B2B SaaS startup whose mission is to help local establishments attract and retain more customers through the internet. Concretely, our solution improves natural referencing, e-reputation and web-to-store conversion. We target large companies such as Europcar, Carrefour, ING, KFC & Toyota as well as independent traders.

Our team is currently made up of 350 employees (vs. 70 two years ago) of 28 different nationalities: from our offices in Paris 🇫🇷, Barcelona 🇪🇸 and Mumbai 🇮🇳, we support 200,000 establishments in more than 150 countries. We generate nearly €15M in annual revenues, growing by more than 80% each year and we expect to exceed €100M within 4 years.

Our plan for 2025 is to support more than a million merchants in their digitalisation. This plan is based on the development of new products, strong international expansion and the growth of promising markets, such as that of independent traders.

Your mission

Under the direct management of the CEO, we are looking for a VP Alliances & Partnerships to create and maintain relationships with our strategic partners around the world, particularly in Europe (incl. France, Spain, Italy) but also in Latin America and India.Our partners include Google, Apple, Waze, Facebook and Snapchat. The challenge will be to further develop our relationships with these partners to generate additional revenue.The ideal candidate must be autonomous, not afraid of taking initiatives and building strong human and professional relationships with these partners.

Missions :

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Co-CEO and the CSO (Chief Sales Officer) to create real strategic plans to develop the best opportunities
  • Development of relationships and establish long-term partnership strategies with international GAFAs in different countries
  • Generate new sales opportunities and revenue streams thanks to the development of those key partnerships
  • Identify and prioritise partnerships based on specific criteria 
  • Track and analyse the performance of those partnerships and their strategies
  • Informal meetings and regular trainings of these partners on our expertise and new products
  • Strengthen our co-marketing initiatives through the co-production of high value-added content for advertisers ie.: events, market studies, webinars, white papers, etc.
  • Coordinate both local partnership managers currently under the supervision of Country Managers and Sales Leaders working on the partnership in different country/area
  • Strategic analysis of Partoo's key accounts to influence the signing of certain contracts

Some members of your team:

Guillaume: After nearly 3 years at Oracle in Boston where he outperformed, Guillaume joined us to lead the French sales team.His objective: to bring to Partoo the science of sales practiced in the most successful American companies.

Vincent: 8 years XP Sales, 5 at Partoo. His goal is to make Partoo a reference school for key account sales. To achieve this, he seeks to surround himself with people who are better than him in different areas and he supports his teams with a continuous training programme that is growing steadily.

He is kind to others and always seeks to highlight their good work. With his dynamism and loyalty, he is always cheering for his team in order to help them develop their skills and responsibilities with a good mix of support and autonomy leaving room for initiative.

Your Manager: 

Thibault Renouf: Arrived as Director of Operations, Thibault is now Co-CEO. He is in charge of structuring the company and implementing the right processes in the right places. His few years at BCG allowed him to make PowerPoint presentations in a snap.

Required profile:

  • Relational and human qualities
  • Commercial or partnership experience
  • Good knowledge of the SaaS world
  • Dynamism, autonomy, curiosity
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Digital skills, ability to work in a hyper-growth scale-up
  • Perfect command of English
  • Knowledge of another European language would be a plus
  • Experience in consulting would also be a plus
