Partoo, who are we ? 

Partoo is a B2B SaaS startup whose mission is to help local establishments attract and retain more customers through the internet. Concretely, our solution improves natural referencing, e-reputation and web-to-store conversion. We target large companies such as Carrefour, Toyota or Leroy Merlin as well as independent traders.

Our team is currently made up of 250 employees (vs. 70 two years ago) of 28 different nationalities: from our offices in Paris 🇫🇷, Barcelone 🇪🇸 and Mumbai 🇮🇳, we support 200,000 establishments in more than 150 countries. We generate nearly €15M in annual revenues, growing by more than 80% each year and we expect to exceed €100M within 4 years.

Our plan for 2025 is to support more than a million merchants in their digitalization. This plan is based on the development of new products, strong international expansion and the growth of promising markets, such as that of independent traders.

Responsibilities :

The SMBs team is getting to a new dimension by signing huge deals around the world with resellers. And one year ago, a Direct Sales team has been created to sell directly our solution to store owners (< 20 stores) and it works great !The SMBs Marketing has only been created since September 2020. But now, we need 1 person to structure the team, and set up a clear strategy from lead acquisition to customer satisfaction. An international background will be a strong bonus, as 70% of the SMBs revenue will come from abroad in the coming years. 

Missions :

1. Strategy & Management

  • Set up a full marketing strategy for SMBs (both independent stores and resellers in France and abroad). From lead generation to customer satisfaction
  • Get to know perfectly the SMBs environment
  • In charge of your own marketing budget
  • Management of 1 junior person

2. Business

  • Acquire new leads for the Sales team (independent stores & resellers), and increase demand generation from our pipe. In France & abroad.
  • Launch campaigns from Hubspot (our marketing automation tool)
  • Set up co-marketing actions with other companies
  • Rigorous KPI tracking 

3. Events

  • Webinars: organize and animate our virtual events
  • Exhibitions: Identify and coordinate our participation to exhibitions 

4. Content & Communication

  • Content writing & translation for our blog : articles and ebooks
  • Manage our dedicated website for SMBs : https://mybusiness.partoo.co
  • SEO optimisation via WordPress
  • Landing Page publication via HubSpot
  • Handle our LinkedIn and YouTube pages
  • Tracking of KPIs from different channels

5. Clients & Partners

  • Assist our clients to increase their satisfaction
  • Leverage our relations with our partners like Associations & Federations
  • Provide marketing material : banners, landing page
  • Get success case
  • Write our quarterly Newsletters

6. New Projects

As a fast-growing start-up, we always welcome new projects and ideas to improve our marketing performance. 

Your Manager : 

Romain: Arrived at Partoo in November 2020, he launched the "direct sales to independents" division. His first months were successful and Romain is now in charge of this division within Partoo.

Required profile :

We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements:

  • Bilingual French & English 
  • Experience in Marketing SMBs SaaS industry
  • Able to move easily from strategic plan to operational tasks. It's still a small team, so you'll need to be everywhere :)
  • Fulfill our company values : curious, empathy and fun
  • 5 years experience or more
