As our business continues growing and is expanding internationally, we are looking for an SMB and Channel Marketing Manager reporting to our Head of Growth Marketing.

You’re wondering what the role of an SMB and Channel Marketing Manager at Oodrive covers?

In this position, your main missions will be the following:

  • Drive go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling through partner marketing campaigns for products and best practices that target mid-sized companies
  • Develop strategies for engaging partners, support the partner program and program, plan partners’ onboarding and joint marketing activities
  • Manage and optimize segment and channels to drive performance in France and internationally 
  • Analyze and communicate results in order to rapidly scale successful programs and learnings
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing and brand

Preferred experience

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Channel Marketing. Good understanding of Small and Medium Businesses customer segment would be a plus /
  • Proven track record of devising and executing on plans with tangible results in terms of sales outcomes (leads generation / pipeline creation etc). Experience in the IT space as well as SaaS and Cloud Go To Market motions
  • Use of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, SalesLoft, Hubsoft
  • Experience working with SDRs, coordinating marketing support and deliverables with SDR Team lead and monitoring campaign results
  • Experience partnering with sales or product teams to deliver marketing campaigns to channel partners
  • Strong interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full command of the English language (written & spoken)

  • 1h interview with the SMB Sales Lead (visio)
  • 1h interview with the Head of Growth Marketing (visio)

Case study to prepare at home and discuss during the fourth round of interviews (panel will include both sales and marketing managers)
