As part of the Sales and Marketing team, you will be involved in :

• Developing field marketing plans in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve sales and brand awareness objectives.

• Identifying market opportunities and regional trends to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

• Organizing and coordinating on-the-ground events such as trade shows, product demonstrations, promotional events, etc.

• Collaborating with sales teams to provide localized marketing support, including sales tools, training, and promotional materials.

• Conducting market analysis to assess the effectiveness of field marketing activities and recommend strategic adjustments if necessary.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize on-the-ground marketing opportunities.

• Managing the budget allocated to field marketing activities effectively and responsibly.

• You are completing a University degree in marketing, communication, or related field.

• You have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.

• You have proficiency in computer tools and project management software.

• You are autonomous, rigorous and creative.

• Strong communication, presentation skills and writing skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.

• Excellent French and English (German is a plus): the vast majority of content created for Onepilot is in English.

• You have skills in design, computer graphics or page layout (knowledge of Figma is a plus).

6-months internship starting as soon as possible.
