We are looking to add a Junior Technical Account Manager to our Italian AdOps team based in London on a permanent basis. She or he will join the Ad Operations department, which is in charge of setting, delivering, and optimising digital campaigns for world-renowned advertisers. You will be working alongside incredibly supportive, fun, and driven colleagues, in a fast-paced, highly ambitious scale-up.

We are very passionate about AdTech and about delivering the best mobile solutions to our partners and their customers, with the most powerful & unique targeting technology in the market.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns including campaign set-up and traffic management on our proprietary platform, while maintaining a high- quality standard to ensure 100% accuracy and to exceed clients’ expectations
  • Monitor the delivery process to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met
  • Analyse campaign performance and make ongoing optimisations
  • Check of 3rd party reports
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues with campaigns, creatives, and trackers implementations with the Client Success Team
  • Shaping and editing campaign elements (targeting, creatives, etc) to enhance performance
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams (Supply, POD, Sales) to ensure the delivery of high-quality campaigns, in line with the business overall goals
  • Work closely with the regional Director in troubleshooting any performance issues
  • About you

  • The candidate should have completed a degree in Economics/Business and be fluent in English and Italian
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
  • Analytical
  • Self-starter with natural curiosity, can-do attitude, and a drive towards efficiency
  • Innovative and creative thinker with ability to initiate and manage own projects with outstanding execution and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise
  • An eagerness to learn and collaborate with others both internal and external stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Team-oriented
  • Desired skills

  • Experience in digital advertising is a plus
  • Familiarity with 3rd party tracking technologies (DCM, IAS, Sizmek, DoubleVerify, GA, etc)
