JOB SUMMARY

Joining the Quality Assurance team means joining a team of enthusiasts whose main mission is to ensure the delivery of photos and videos to international clients while respecting quality and deadlines.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With the help of our Delivery Team Leaders, your missions will be the following:

• Control the quality of the photo reports on the different geographical areas where OCUS operates
• Check the adequacy between the visuals and the pre-defined charters with the clients
• Manage all issues related to the post-production of the images
• Facilitate communication between departments on post-production issues
• Coordinate with the production and product team to resolve any problematic assignments
• Manage the back and forth with the retouching department
• Scheduled sessions to help improve the internal image management tool with the QA and Product team
• Integrate returns by briefing production teams
• Participate in the optimization of production processes
• Anticipate issues related to international shoots
• Improve briefings, reports, and communication with all departments
• Teamwork with client teams to improve the OCUS experience and make it unforgettable for our photographers ;)

• We are ideally looking for someone with a background in photography and/or graphic design.
• Good command of Photoshop and Lightroom software
• Ability to follow specifications and to make them evolve
• Anticipation and proactivity
• Rigor and a lot of organization!
• Curiosity about the different stages of post-production management on a large scale
• Calm and serenity, even under pressure and in the face of delicious little moments of rush
• Oral fluency and ability to synthesize in writing
• Good command of English
• The mantra “think out of the box” is a given for you
