As a Customer Care Specialist, your main mission will be to ensure that our large community of +35k image creators and customers feel comfortable interacting with them via our various support tools. We will also need your keen eye to ensure product improvement.

1. Follow-up on the activity on OCUS clients

  • Ensure the smooth running of photo shoots from A to Z all over the world (teamwork with the Operations team)
  • Contribute to the improvement of the satisfaction and the loyalty of the customers and the image creators
  • Act as an advisor in order to respond to different issues in an efficient and scalable manner
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers & image makers and ensure that every user is happy and feels valued

2. Project Management

  • Lead projects to improve process efficiency, improve user journey and satisfaction, find scalable solutions to solve problems permanently
  • You are the best person to know the expectations and feedback of our users; use this advantage wisely ;)

At the end of your CDD, you will have:

  • Developed strong relational intelligence
  • Anticipated and analyzed problems in order to respond efficiently following lean management methods
  • Contributed to the improvement of the product in relation with the OCUS product team
  • Collaborated with international interlocutors
  • Participated in the international development of a hyper-growth start-up

Preferred experience

  • Ideally from a business school or equivalent (IAE, university, etc.), preferably a Master 2 with a strong interest in customer relations.
  • You are bilingual French/English
  • Fluency in a third language (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German or Turkish) is highly appreciated
  • You have impeccable writing skills
  • You are a team player, sharing and defending your ideas to improve our product does not scare you
  • You know how to show empathy and you are sensitive to the satisfaction and loyalty of customers & image creator
  • You like to be in contact with people and you have a certain ease in building relationships (a first experience in support or customer service is highly appreciated)
  • Juggling emails all day long does ABSOLUTELY NOT scare you
  • You are motivated by the challenge and find great satisfaction in solving problems. Your mantra is “there are no problems, only solutions”.
  • You are a self-starter, but you also know how to be a team player in those delicious little rushes!
