Founded in 2011, Observia is a healthtech pioneer specialized in the monitoring and individualized support of patients living with chronic conditions. Using digital technologies, its team develops unique, highly personalized services for its clients, which include pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and pharmacies.

The company’s primary recruitment priority is expanding its team of project managers, consultants and full-stack developers. However, they are also looking for great product owners, data analysts, behavior specialists, and business developers to support their development in France and abroad.

Flex-office: Observia requires its team members to be present on-site at least 4 days per month. Thus, although Observia is headquartered in Paris, almost 30% of Observians live outside of the Paris region.
