As part of our ambition to become the No.1 NetSuite Solution Provider in the EU, we are seeking a versatile Sales Development Representative who combines data-driven sales strategies with strong pre-sales acumen to enhance customer engagement. This role is essential in leveraging market analytics to run outbound marketing campaigns, with the purpose of identifying key opportunities, performing tailored product demonstrations, and kickstart the sales process.

Purpose of the role

Novutech is looking for a data-driven Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in harnessing data analytics to drive targeted sales strategies and enhance customer engagement without traditional cold calling methods. You will utilize advanced sales databases and tools to strategically identify and engage potential customers, supporting our goal to become the No.1 NetSuite Solution Provider in the EU.

Pilars of the job will be :

  • Lead Identification and Scoring: utilize advanced tools like PitchBook and Hubspot (take part of the implementation/optimization of it) to pinpoint high-potential leads. Apply analytical insights to categorize prospects based on engagement potential and purchase readiness.

  • Strategic Outbound Campaigns: execute targeted marketing and sales campaigns, via e-mail, Linkedin, on events etc, utilizing data to customize communications that resonate with distinct buyer personas across various industries.

  • Account-Based Marketing: develop personalized marketing campaigns designed to engage each prospective customer individually. Use data analytics to tailor the messaging to the company’s specific needs, bduget and decision-making chain.

  • Pre-Sales Demonstrations: perform compelling demonstrations of Novutech’s NetSuite solutions, clearly articulating their value proposition and how they meet specific customer challenges.

  • Customer Business Process Understanding: understand potential customers' business processes to identify needs and pain points and suggest Novutech’s services and solutions to better serve customer requirements.

  • Partnership Building: Actively engage with the NetSuite ecosystem (network of partners/VC/PE firms) to forge strategic partnerships that enhance service offerings and expand market reach.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: coordinate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and communication.

  • Performance Metrics: monitor and report on key performance indicators such as campaign response rates, lead conversion rates and effectiveness of sales demonstrations.

  • Personal development: continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in outbound sales and email marketing.

Preferred experience

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Interest in data-driven outbound sales, lead generation, or business development in a B2B environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of outbound (email) marketing techniques and best practices.

  • Fluency in English, verbal and written. Good knowledge of French is a strong plus. Dutch or German are also beneficial.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive email messages.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Internal work relations:

  • You report to the Director Sales & Marketing

  • You align regularly (>1 time/week) with the Marketing Coordinator on messaging, campaigns, target personas etc.

  • You hand over part of your leads to our Sales team of Directors and Sales Managers multiple times per week
