We are looking for a professional test lead, an analytical advocate of quality, who has the passion and drive to contribute test documentation through knowledge, providing guidance to subaltern QA members, and organizing a team. Your critical thinking skills and passion for improving our processes will directly aid in our quest to create a new level of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the QA team and organizing Test-Plans and Test-Cases for the team.
• Maintain the bug database up to date, as well as organized.
• Make reports to the producer based on test results from the QA team.
• Analyze the information provided by the Development and Production Teams and be able to identify new needs and risk.
• Partner with development, providing solid communication and collaboration.
• Ensure all test tool data is of high quality and updated daily.
• Document and maintain all necessary testware.
• Participate in test closure activities; e.g. testware evaluation, knowledge transfer.
• Be able to use KPI or to create KPI for producers based on the bug database in order to assess the status of the project.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as test lead or 8 years as QA.
• A previous experience managing people.
• Able to develop and foster strong working relationships with development partners, customers, support teams, and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including accurate and timely reporting.
• Excellent organization, time management and leadership skills.
• Passion for software quality and keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience with issue tracking databases (JIRA, Hansoft, DevTrack, Mantis etc.).
• Good troubleshooting skills.

Pluses:

• Gray Box and white box testing experience.
• Certified ISTQB advanced test analyst or equivalent.
• Passion for online gaming.
• Worked previously on PC hardware project
• Knowledge of release management
