As a Technical Support Specialist, you will use your knowledge and current experience to identify, understand and solve IT related challenges of customers’ applications in use. Working as a Technical Support Specialist, documentation, structured testing and validation are very important due to the high regulated demands from the pharmaceutical industry. Thus, you take on various roles:

• A combination of both – delivery and technical support (1st-2nd level). You will also be the the 1st line for requests and tickets, triage and either solve themselves, or route to site SMEs. 
• Most probably you’ll be responsible for more than one application such as Statistica, SEEQ, Denodo, etc.
• You contribute actively to the further build-up, documentation, and operation of the services
• You contribute actively in client meetings, understanding the client’s needs and offer a stable solution that lives up to the customer’s expectations

Day-to-day activities:

• SOPs for User Administration and user-based tasks in Periodic Review SOP (identify non-users and leavers etc.)
• Perform technical tasks related to moving reports from development environment to
• Respond to requests according to SLA (to be defined and agreed)
• Maintain general user contact list for sites and applications in scope.
• Perform Problem Management and recommendation on remediation actions with common tickets.

We expect you to have the following experience:

• IT education
• Proven level of English
• GxP Life Science understanding
• Service Now (or equivalent ITSM tool) experience for change management

Nice-to-have:

• ITIL certification
• Some experience with maintenance of supportive IT like Windows server, SQL DBs and similar
• IT related experience with laboratory SW and HW, examples: LIMS, chromatography, eDMS, MES, QMS, and etc
