What will be your responsibilities?

• Participation on the accounting tasks mainly for CZ entity, but partially also for other EU and US affiliates
• Ensuring that all incoming invoices are registered and approved correctly for CZ entity
• Processing the expense and travel reports from the employees, assistance to them if needed
• Bookkeeping/posting in ERP system (Microsoft AX) – e.g. credit notes, accruals, bank statements
• Other accounting tasks relating to the invoice settlements, transfers, etc.
• Data management and reconciliations
• Optimizing of existing financial procedures

Your qualifications and experience

• You are fluent in English and Czech/Slovak
• You are experienced in accounting (at least 1 year, booking expenses, invoices received, bank statements)
• You have very good knowledge of working in Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup, and other functions)
• You have very good analytical skills and you are good at communication as well
• You are communicative and always willing to help your colleagues
