The position

Job description

Within the International Team, you will contribute to the launch of Nickel Germany.

The internship is based in Charenton-le-Pont and opened for Q1 2023.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting German distributors with their requests;
  • Assist and inform German prospects;
  • Liaise with the Nickel Germany Head of sales on onboarding the point of sales
  • Ensure that quality commitments are respected;
  • Carry out back office operations;
  • Participate through your feedback in the continuous improvement of the service provided.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

  • You have a real sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • You are responsive and dynamic;
  • You are a team player. At Nickel, cohesion, mutual aid and proximity are part of our daily routine;
  • You have a real interest in the Nickel product and its social and societal implications;
  • Good written communication skills;
  • You are comfortable with computer tools (Google sheet, Google doc…)
  • You are organized, analytical with a great attention to detail;
  • Fluent in German and good level in English are mandatory.
