With a background in engineering, Emilie is Key Account Manager at Newsbridge, having joined the team after working with TF1 as an IT Project Manager. Emilie’s role focuses on business development, and so being immersed in the audiovisual industry and new client sales is her major priority, along with assisting current clients. Emilie enjoys working for Newsbridge, as she is impassioned by the combination of audiovisual and being in touch with diverse personalities. There’s a huge opportunity for advancement, and the possibilities are endless. She also appreciates the startup atmosphere, working with a wide variety of subjects- no two days are ever the same.

Passionate about all things audiovisual since he was a child, Julien decided to pursue a profession training in audiovisual editing and production in Quebec. After this, Julien then worked in production and post-production for 15 years in various fields (Advertizing, News, Documentary). With this experience, Julien started beta-testing at Newsbridge, deciding to join the team full-time as Head of Operations. Applying his knowledge of the audiovisual production world, he works on a daily basis to further develop the solution and help clients adopt and introduce new, innovative technologies into their workflow.

With more than ten years of experience in broadcast engineering with top TV Networks, Phil has enjoyed the challenge of reimagining technologies to accelerate digital transformation in the broadcast industry. With the goal of defining and providing new, state-of-the art of video technologies, Phil co-founded Newsbridge in 2016, hand-picking some of the most talented and experienced broadcast engineers, big data and AI experts. Now partnering with companies ranging from sports rights holders and international TV networks to press agencies, the company is experiencing rapid global expansion.

Rachel joins Newsbridge with several years of experience in digital marketing, communication, project management and event planning with Perks WorldWide, Purdue Krannert School of Management, Mazars and TBWA. Originally from the U.S., Rachel holds an MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility and Entrepreneurship from Audencia Business School and a Bachelors in Public Relations and French from Purdue University. One of her favorite things about working for Newsbridge is being surrounded by such a great group of widely talented and kind people while also being part of a business that is making a difference in the media and broadcast industries via Responsible AI. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with family, making big american breakfasts, working on art projects and being outdoors.

Gaël is a software developer engineer in Newsbridge’s Back End team. His IT career began at the Space division of Thales Group where he contributed to the software platform with the goal to provide tools and extract KPIs for teams working on it. He then changed altitude by joining Amadeus IT Group, a major IT provider for the global travel and tourism industry, where he focused on automatically re-accommodate passengers next to a disruption on their flight. Finally joining Newsbridge early 2020, he’s now dedicated to enrich the platform's set of features. Curious by nature he was eager to get involved in the media industry and apply his experience of larger companies to a human sized one. Innovation, modern technologies mixed with a truly positive mindset helps Newsbridge to push the limits and it is a real pleasure to be part of it !

Newsbridge is a content media hub powered by Multimodal AI. Designed for Media and Sports Rights-holders, some clients include: AFP, Bloomberg Asharq News, French Football Federation, M6 and TF1 Group.

Newsbridge’s technology automatically indexes a large volume of audiovisual content via the cross analysis of facial, object, logo and scene recognition. All this while taking audio transcription and semantic context into account.

The platform allows users to access their photos and videos instantaneously while also providing them with a means to collaborate, log media, archive, investigate, share or even showcase and sell their content to media buyers.
