As WEBMASTER you will

• manage the day-to-day content related activities of the digital channels (Website, Mobile app) by ensuring eCommerce boutiques provide the best user experience to convert visitors into satisfied customers. You will be able to contribute to the overall objective of providing best-in-class digital user experience across eCommerce boutiques.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON

• manage ecommerce content to drive sales: update the content management system to support seasonal campaigns & optimization of permanent website content
• ensure consistency and respond to local business requirements based on HQ guideliness
• optimize the user experience to increase conversion: ensure a seamless experience and optimized purchasing path across all platforms, plan & implement all eMerchandising activities
• own the day-to-day back-end management of digital boutiques, following International eCommerce & brand guidelines
• run Market Acceptance Tests (both front-end and back-end) in coordination with local IS stakeholders to ensure platform & feature availability for all digital touch points
• contribute to the best-in-class customer experience objective.

YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU

• have strong experience in ecommerce operations (content management, merchandising, A/B testing & personalization)
• proven track record in delivering end to end user experiences in a digital context
• have advanced technical knowledge of HTML, CSS
• have a basic knowledge of Javascript
• have 3+ years experience across multiple eCommerce enabled CMS
• have computer Science, Digital Marketing or Business degree
