Who are they?

V hlavnom meste má Nestlé kanceláriu, v ktorej sa zameriavajú predovšetkým na predaj, promočné aktivity a uvádzanie výsledných produktov na trh. Vytvárajú marketingové nástroje na podporu predaja a robia finančné rozhodnutia. Odporúčajú, čo predávať, za akú cenu a podobne. V Bratislave sú skrátka úzko spätí s trhom.

Závod Carpathia má v Prievidzi už skoro legendárny status. Zamestnávame množstvo obyvateľov priamo z mesta, ale aj zo širokého okolia. Zároveň u nás vyrástlo už niekoľko generácií ľudí. Nehovoríme tu o sebe ako o kolektíve, ale skôr ako o veľkej komunite, ktorá spolu funguje aj mimo pracovného prostredia. Špecializujeme sa na výrobu dehydratovaných kulinárskych výrobkov, teda bujónov, polievok a hotových jedál. Našimi vlajkami sú Carpathia a Maggi s rozsiahlym exportom do celej Európy i do zámoria.

Job description

Do you lose sleep over unfinished work? Then do not hesitate, join us. Nestlé is looking for nitpickers who know only too well that the supply chain means everything from demand planning and supplies to warehousing and logistics. Our Supply Chain department makes sure that Nestlé products get to our customers in abundance and as fast as possible. The way in which we manage our supply chain determines our efficiency. Would you like to be efficient with us?

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:

• Be a supply chain ambassador for Nestlé and the Customer
• Achieve excellent Customer service level, minimize number of non-deliveries
• Understand Customer's needs, be able to propose different solutions and agree with customer on optimal solution
• Drive all supply chain efficiency initiatives (collaborative forecasting, order efficiency…)
• In partnership with sales (KAM) and across supply chain lead a common customer strategy

YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU:

• Strong communication skills and ability to convince others
• Well – developed analytical thinking with good knowledge of Excel (knowledge of Power BI is a considerable advantage)
• Fluent in Czech (or Slovak) language and intermediate English (B1 min)
• University degree
• Previous experience in Supply Chain function would be beneficial
• Ideally University degree
• Experience in Supply Chain function would be beneficial
