Your role

You will be the Head of Business Operations within the Revenue Team and will be in charge of supporting the company growth acceleration. Your mission is simple: Find and Use all the ways to enhance Mytraffic revenue teams efficiency.

This role reports to Julien Thooris our CRO and works closely with the Heads of Sales (France, Italy, UK, Spain, Germany), Head of Account Management and CFO.

Key responsibilities

·       Lead complex and cross-functional projects helping the company to further structure and scale, working with most teams within Mytraffic

·       Design and prioritize the Business Operations performance improvement roadmap

·       Understand Mytraffic Sales & Marketing processes (acquisition and client management), identify and fix key pain points. For example:

o   Enhance our Customer Success and Account Management processes to ensure an ideal customer experience

o   Implement tools for the automation of prospection activity (esp. for SDRs)

o   Oversee Sales training on your teams’ projects and ensure the monitoring and proper use of the processes in place

·       Monitor potentially useful tools and analyze the impact of their possible deployment

Preferred experience

. +4 years of experience in Business Operations or Consulting

. Good understanding of SaaS Sales processes (Acquisition and Customer retention)

. Good knowledge of Excel and of CRM tools (experience using Hubspot is a plus)

. Good knowledge of Python or another programming language

. Good analytical skills

. Experience in building systems & tools that drive operational excellence

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English

Nice to have:

. You have already built or managed a Business Operations team (1 person or more) and you know how to drive energy in your team.
