The position

Job description

START DATE. January, 2023. The contract will be a 6-month fixed term (maternity leave).

→ Your role: as Growth Marketing Manager Italy, your mission is to support our expansion on the Italian market, to make Mytraffic the leader in traffic analytics and to generate business opportunities.

→ Your team: you will work with an experienced team organized in two squads. (1) An acquisition team composed of a Senior Growth Engineer, growth marketers and an inbound expert. (2) A corporate marketing team in charge of our brand, content and events. You will therefore join a multidisciplinary and growing team.

→ Your mission as Growth Marketing Manager Italy:

  • Improve the Mytraffic brand and our notoriety in Italy

  • Generate leads and business opportunities through marketing campaigns in various sectors (Retail, Real Estate, Cities).

  • Promote our unique value proposition across many different stakeholders.

  • Test to optimize our current acquisition channels and find new levers of growth

  • Create specific local content for the Italian market following the Headquarter strategy and the plan already approved.

  • Develop the Mytraffic brand awareness by attending major events and helping set up local marketing campaigns

  • Share your ideas and experience to make our team greater and more efficient

Preferred experience

This job was meant for you if…

  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of successful performances in new business development of SaaS and, ideally, data-related SaaS

  • You are able to develop and implement marketing campaigns autonomously and know the basics of the marketing world (CRM in Hubspot, LinkedIn adv, sales support, adapting content from global to the local market, understanding sales cycle, MQL to SQL, ABM marketing)

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and high integrity, you are a self-starter with a strong work ethic

  • You are result-driven and able to set yourself challenging but realistic concrete goals and reach them

  • You like working in a fast paced working environment

  • You have a lot of energy and are highly motivated

  • You are rigorous, organized, data-driven and methodical

  • You are a team player and a great communicator
