Started in France in 2016, Mytraffic mission is to empower commerce professionals with the best location analytics and insights to be smarter every day and design the best experiences in physical locations.

📝Job Description : 

1/ FINANCE OPS

- Procure-to-Pay: Manage expense flows, from purchase requests to supplier payments, using Spendesk, our expense management solution.

- Track and control expense reports, ensuring document compliance.

- Ensure optimal management of administrative obligations.

- Respond to ad hoc needs from operational teams.

- Ongoing project monitoring: process improvement and financial management tools.

2/ ACCOUNTING

- Collect administrative documents and transmit them to external accounting.

- Pre-accounting administration – e.g., expense classification, etc.

- Assist the accounting firm with review tasks.

- Monitor monthly and quarterly closings.

3/ CLIENT ADMINISTRATION - Spain

- Collect legal documents of the company from state platforms.

- Regularly update regulatory compliance on client platforms.

- Billing support: collect purchase orders & submit invoices on client platforms.

- Implement and monitor the DIGITAL KIT with clients.

Within the Accounting and Finance team, you will work closely with Joséphine, FP&A Manager, and Clément Delalande, Sales Admin Manager. Your varied and responsible tasks will give you a comprehensive view of the company and the challenges it faces.

🫵 About you :

- You have a DCG (Bachelor's degree, Bac +3) or DSCG in accounting.

- You are fluent in Spanish.

- You have a good command of Excel, and pivot tables do not scare you.

- Previous experience in financial management or a high-growth environment is a plus.

- You are dynamic, motivated, and meticulous.

- You have good organizational skills, are autonomous, and reliable: you know how to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
