Who are they?

Mytraffic, created in 2016, aims to boost the performance of commercial real estate players (Retail, Real Estate, Local Authorities, Consultancy) thanks to an innovative Saas solution raising the real world to the level of the digital world in terms of data analytics.

We have already convinced more than 420 clients (Nhood, Nuveen, H&M, Dyson, Amorino, Carrefour, Klepierre, American Express, BNP) to work with us across Europe to help them expand their business, analyze and predict the performance of their investments, understand their customers’ habits and benchmark themselves against their competitors.

Mytraffic is a hyper growing scale up (+110%/year) supported by 30 Millions € Series B fundraising round with Axa Venture Partners, Alven and Kernel Investissements in November 2022 to finance its European expansion. Their ambition is to quickly become the European leader in data solutions for commercial real estate.

Job description


As Events Manager, you will:
Organize our presence at main industry events and Mytraffic events ( 20/year) all over Europe from A to Z to generate qualified leads and to increase our brand awareness.
Be able to prospect and to help identify potential speakers for events.
Come up with new smart ideas to entertain our guests at events (goodies,special guests, happenings…)
Develop creative content with our Content Manager and suggest new ideas to drive both prospects and current users to events.
Work with the Sales Team and Client Team to track metrics, and analyze events performance, ensure post-event follow up and conversion.
Keep an eye on important events in the Commercial Real Estate and Retail Ecosystem
Develop partnerships with major players and organizations.
Build all the strategy and roadmap event for Mytraffic

The Growth Marketing Team is composed of 10 smart marketers organized around 2 mains objectives: lead acquisition and branding.
You will be part of the branding team reporting to Alexia, our Marketing lead Manager and work closely with Aurelie, our content manager

Preferred experience

This job is meant for you if…
You’re graduated from a Marketing/Event or Hospitality management school.
You speak and write English and French perfectly.
You have a fist experience ( 2 years) in a similar role with significant experience managing events on site.
You’re an exceptional project manager with strong organizational skills: retroplannings, actions plans, and budgets hold no secrets for you.
You’re kpis oriented : you evaluate your performance on the basis of reliable and accurate indicators
You’re a believer in high standards, paying attention to communication with impeccable consideration to detail.
You’re autonomous, proactive, and creative
Having worked in the Retail or Real Estate industries would be cherry on the cake!
